Meet Victor Sauceda
Victory Fitness was built from lived experience — through adversity, discipline, and the belief that fitness can transform anyone's life.
The Journey
I grew up in California. At 18, I made mistakes that cost me ten years of my life. I spent a decade in prison — and it was there that I discovered two things that would change everything: coding and fitness.
Behind bars, I developed the discipline to train every single day. Fitness became my anchor — push-ups, burpees, running the yard. At the same time, I taught myself to code. I studied relentlessly, knowing that when I got out, I needed a real path forward.
When I was released, I moved to Seattle, Washington to start over. I joined F3, a free men's fitness community that became a second family. I got a job at Code for America, using technology to serve communities. I started Victory Code, my own software company.
Along the way, I married Laurenna — my rock, my partner, my biggest supporter. Together we had two kids, Saylah and Suede, who remind me every day why I do this.
We moved to Texas to start a new chapter. I took on regional leadership roles in F3, continuing to give back to the community that gave me so much. And it was here that Victory Fitnesswas born — an app built from everything I'd learned about discipline, consistency, and the power of showing up every day.
Built on Values
Victory Fitness isn't just an app. It's a reflection of the principles that rebuilt my life.
Discipline
Forged through adversity and consistency. Every day is a chance to show up and put in the work.
Family
Laurenna, Saylah, and Suede are the foundation. Everything I build is for them.
Community
From F3 regional leadership to Victory Fitness — giving back and lifting others up.
