Monthly, by the 15th
Each month's earnings are sent by the 15th of the next month. Balances under $25 roll over — you never lose a cent.

PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle— you pick when you're approved, and you can change it any time from your private payout page.
Questions, answered
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Everything you earn in a calendar month is sent by the 15th of the following month. Example: commissions earned in March are paid by April 15th.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes — $25. If your balance is under $25 at the end of a month, it rolls over and pays out as soon as you cross the threshold. Nothing is ever forfeited.
How do I get paid?
Your choice of PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle. When you're approved you get a private link to set up your payout details, and you can update them any time.
How is my referral tracked?
Every ambassador gets a unique code. We count taps on your share link and, more importantly, every account that signs up and enters your code in the app. You never have to screenshot proof or chase attribution.
Do my followers get anything?
Yes — anyone who joins with your code gets a welcome reward in the app, so sharing your code is a win for them too.
Who is a good fit?
Runners, lifters, coaches, hybrid athletes, and anyone with an audience that cares about training. Follower count matters less than genuine engagement — plenty of our best ambassadors are under 10k.
