The Challenge
This February, we're keeping it simple and effective:
- 60 Push Ups
- 60 Squats
- 60 Second Plank
Every single day for the month of February.
No gym required. No equipment needed. Just you, the floor, and 28 days of commitment.
Why 60-60-60?
The numbers aren't random. 60 reps hits that sweet spot where it's challenging but achievable. You'll feel the work, but you won't need to block out an hour. Most people can knock this out in 10-15 minutes.
Push ups build your chest, shoulders, and triceps. Squats hammer your legs and glutes. The plank ties it all together with core stability. It's a full-body commitment in three movements.
Break It Up However You Want
Nobody said you have to do all 60 in a row. Try:
- 6 sets of 10
- 3 sets of 20
- 2 sets of 30
- Or go for the full 60 unbroken if you're feeling it
Same goes for the plank. One 60-second hold or two 30-second holds. The goal is completion, not perfection.
Why February?
February is the month of love. Most people focus that outward. This challenge flips the script. Show yourself some love by moving your body every day.
It's also the shortest month. 28 days. If you can't commit to 28 days, you're not going to commit to anything. This is your proving ground.
The Rules
- Complete all three exercises every day
- No rest days (your body can handle this volume)
- Track your progress however you want
- Share your journey if you're up for accountability
What You'll Gain
By the end of February, you'll have completed:
- 1,680 push ups
- 1,680 squats
- 28 minutes of planking
More importantly, you'll have proven to yourself that you can show up every day, no matter what. That discipline transfers to everything else in your life.
Start Now
Don't wait for the perfect day. Don't wait until you feel ready. The challenge starts February 1st, but your commitment starts the moment you decide you're in.
Drop into the first set today. See how it feels. Then show up tomorrow and do it again.
You in?
